Defects or fulfillment errors

If an item is defective or your order was produced incorrectly, contact the store with your order number and photos of the issue so it can be reviewed.

Size exchanges

Exchange availability depends on remaining blank inventory and production capacity. A requested exchange is not guaranteed.

The one-day Registration Day item follows the same defect and production-error policy.
